Jenna Free is a therapist, author, and podcast host helping ADHDers break free from the burnout cycle by regulating their nervous systems — not just masking symptoms. With a book launch, podcast, and professional certification program all in the works, Jenna came to Modern Form Creative looking to refresh her visual identity and bring cohesion to her growing platform.

Our goal was to evolve Jenna’s brand into something that felt both calm and credible — aligning with the soothing, regulated energy at the heart of her method, while still speaking to the bright, thoughtful nature of her content. The updated brand needed to feel accessible and warm for her clients, while also establishing trust with fellow professionals and therapists.

This brand identity now flows seamlessly across her book, podcast, and online presence — helping Jenna show up with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Objective:
Create a grounded, cohesive visual identity for ADHD with Jenna Free — one that feels calm and approachable for clients, yet credible and elevated for the professional world. The goal was to align Jenna’s visual brand with her voice, values, and new book, so that every touchpoint would feel like an extension of her method.

Our Solution:

We grounded Jenna’s brand in the concept of embracing the process — the non-linear, often winding path toward regulation and relief. This direction uses deep, calming greens and soft, organic lines to visually communicate what Jenna’s work feels like: soothing, safe, and rooted in both personal and clinical wisdom.

The new brand mark symbolizes a brain, a squiggle, and a path — all at once. It reflects the journey of moving from chaos to calm, while nodding to Jenna’s unique ADHD Regulation Method. The final identity strikes the balance between grounded and bright, just like Jenna herself — a therapist who meets ADHDers where they are, and helps them find their way out of fight-or-flight.

Results Achieved
After growing quickly with a DIY brand, Jenna finally has a cohesive and elevated brand system that reflects the depth of her work — and supports her continued growth. The new visual identity ties together her expanding offerings (including her book, podcast, and professional training program), creating a polished and professional presence that still feels warm, human, and grounded in lived experience.

With this new foundation, Jenna’s brand is equipped to scale — while still making ADHDers feel seen, understood, and at ease the moment they land on her platform.
